HOW TO ORDER YOUR HOODIE

Terms & Conditions of ordering hoodies

By confirming you online or downloading the hoodie form, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of ordering which include:

All customised hoodie orders are final and cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Order must be paid in full to Nitro Sports before it is processed All orders must be artwork approved before the order can be processed. The delivery lead time commences from the day it is artwork approved. Ensure the online order and spreadsheet is fully complete and class names and initials/names for left arm embroidery are spelled correctly. All orders are to be collected and distributed by the class rep responsible for placing the order, these orders can be collected at UCD students union shop within two working days of being contacted. Ensure you have the full order completed including all details of students, sizing, class name spelling before placing the order as edits cannot be made once the order is placed with [email protected], and paid directly to Nitro Sports.

Due to the custom nature of these hoodies and our ability to get these ordered in bulk, leading to the best possible value - these orders will take a minimum of two and a half weeks from date of payment, to be ready for collection. Please, if you have any queries or questions get in touch with [email protected] in advance of placing your order as once orders are placed changes are not possible

Once you have completed your order online or emailed your filled in form to [email protected].

Once you receive notification, please allow 48 hrs for your order to arrive in the UCD Student Shop, which is located under the James Joyce Library.

Can I add my name or initials to the merchandise?

Yes! You can personalise your item with:

• Initials for an extra €6.00 .

• Full Name for an extra €7.00

Position will be left sleeve if both name and initial is required, One will move to right sleeve.

How do we submit our order as a class group?

Process your order on the UCD Students Union webshop, make payment, we will process your order and send you artwork for approval within 48hrs

1. Download the order spreadsheet HERE.For orders over 8 hoodies

2. Fill in all details carefully, including Class Name, Student Names, and Initials.

3. Save the file using your class name (e.g., 1st-Year-Psychology.xls) and upload it during checkout.

4. Email it to [email protected], we will contact you within 48hrs.

Can I change the details after submitting the spreadsheet?

No. Please double-check everything before processing your order.

Nitro Sports will not correct any errors from the order or spreadsheet.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All orders are final once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

If your item has a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately with photos and details, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a minimum order value when personalization is required, class name, initials, or names.

8 Garments is the minimum quantity but remember if your order is below the minimum required.

You can also always call into the Students Union shops to purchase all these garments without personalization But remember as class rep you could get you hoodie free with orders of 20+ garments.

Do I get a free hoodie if I place an order of 20 or more garments

Yes, there is a free class hoodie for the Class Rep, when orders are for 20 or more garments.

Please note all 20 plus garments, must have the same class name.

Can I order both hoodies, Sweatshirts or 1⁄4 Zips Sweatshirts

Yes, you can order any products from the online shop, or the Spreadsheet drop down in column B(please note, spreadsheet is for orders which contain more than 8 garments)

Does my order have to be all the same colour

No, your order not need to be the same colour

Can Non-English characters be embroidered;

Sorry we only offer personalisation within the English alphabet

Estimated Delivery Times

Once you have completed your order, online or by email to Nitro Sports regarding the ordering spreadsheet

All orders take approximately 2-2 ½ weeks after you have approved the artwork, all time frames commence after payment received and artwork approval.

Should I collect my order all at once or can I collect them a few at a time?

All hoodies must be collected at once by the Class Rep and distributed away from the shop premises.

You will be notified by email when your order arrives in our stock room and is available for collection.

Once you receive this email, please allow 48 hrs before you collect your order.

In special cases where the Class Rep is not available to collect the order, an email must be sent to [email protected] ,to confirm the name of the person that will collect the order in place of the Class Rep.
