Returns & Exchanges
You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
All returned goods must be in original packaging .
Once a club crest, name, initial or number has been printed or embroidered correctly on a garment/product we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.
If your product is faulty, please contact our Team by email at [email protected]. Please include in your email, details of the issue and pictures if possible. We will reply to you within 48hrs and forward you details of the next steps.
Exchanges:
In the unlikely event we send you the wrong product, please contact us by email at [email protected]. We will refund the cost of return postage back to the card used to purchase the item(s). Please send the product back to the address below by recorded delivery, and email us at [email protected] with proof of postage enclosed. As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we will despatch the correct product and issue your postage refund.

Overseas customers (European & UK)
Overseas customers are asked to email the Customer Services team directly before returning any items: [email protected].
Exceptions to this policy:
Specially decorated items, and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty. Once a club crest, name, initial, or number has been printed or embroidered correctly on a garment/product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty. A refund or exchange will be permitted if a garment is faulty.
All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability. We will refund shipping costs only if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items. All items should be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Please note: For your protection, Nitro Sports recommends that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
