q: How much is delivery??

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?:

All online stock orders will ship with 48 hours, personalized club orders(club crests, initials, logos) will take between 15-21 working days to ship.

Once your order is processed for shipping, and ready to pass over to our carrier for a speedy delivery, we will notify you by email.

If you have any queries relating to your order, these will only be dealt with by emailing [email protected] , we don’t handle any online order queries by phone. We will endeavour to reply to your email with 48hrs.

 
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

We will contact you within 48 hours to notify you if any part of your order is out of stock and suggest alternative products.

 
Q: DO YOU CARRY STOCK?

We carry limited stocks most items are ordered directly with the suppliers on receipt of your order.

 
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If you wish to return an item to Nitro Sports, you need to contact our Team at [email protected]. All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Returns for personalised products will only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect based on the receipt of order, or if the product is faulty. Once a name or number has been printed on a product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty.

 
Q: I AM MISSING ITEM(S) FROM MY DELIVERY?

In the rare occurrence of such, mis-picking items can happen. If you think that this has happened to you, please notify us within 72 hours. If your box has been damaged through transport, again please let us know in the same time frame. Contact us by email us at [email protected]

 
Q: DO I GET ANY MORE DISCOUNTS FOR BUYING IN BULK?

All the prices shown on our site are very competitive and include the maximum discount we can offer for individual orders. If ordering for your Club, Organisation or Company please contact us directly to obtain a quote.

Q: CAN I GET A QUOTE?

The easiest way to obtain a quote is by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button on a product page. Once you have added all the items you need click ‘View Cart’ at the top of the page for a total cost. If you wish to deal directly with your local sales representative, please contact us by email [email protected]

 
Q: I NEED A VAT INVOICE FOR MY SPONSOR.

We can send you a paid VAT invoice, request this by emailing [email protected] with your order number

 
Q: DO YOU DO YOUR PRINTING AND EMBROIDERY IN-HOUSE?

Yes. Our printing is all done on site this allows us to get your order to you quicker and helps us maintain a high standard of work.

 
Q: HOW DO I SEND YOU MY ARTWORK FOR MY PRINTING/EMBROIDERY

Email your artwork to [email protected]. A high resolution or an eps file are our preferred file formats.

 
Q: CAN I SEE A SAMPLE OF THE PRINTING/EMBROIDERY BEFORE IT’S DONE?

We can email you a picture of any artwork for your approval, once the order has been processed

 
Q: ARE YOU AN OFFICIAL SUPPLIER FOR NIKE TEAMWEAR, ERREA SPORTSWEAR, JOMA SPORTS AND KOOGA RUGBY?

Yes we only deal directly with the all the brands mentioned above and many more.

 
Q: DO YOU CARRY STOCK?

Due to the large range of products, we supply from the tops brands such as Adidas, Macron,Puma, Joma, Canterbury Rugby, Precision Training and Harrod Goals we are unable to hold all products/colours/sizes in stock. Therefore, when you place your order with Nitro Sports if out of stock in our warehouse we will purchase the stock directly with the supplier. Any issues with stock will be notified within 48 hours.
